Role Summary
We are looking for a Project Manager who can manage product development and ensure timely delivery of features.
In this role, you will not only handle projects but also support product planning and decision-making.
You will work closely with engineering, QA, design, and leadership teams to deliver high-quality features that meet business and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution
- Manage end-to-end delivery of features for web and mobile applications
- Define scope, timelines, and milestones
- Run sprint planning, standups, and track releases
- Ensure projects are delivered on time with good quality
- Identify risks and resolve issues early
Product Collaboration
- Work with product and leadership teams to refine requirements
- Help prioritize features based on impact and timelines
- Ensure clear documentation before development starts
- Validate that features meet user and business needs
QA & Process
- Ensure proper QA processes are followed
- Make sure test cases are covered and bugs are logged clearly
- Ensure features are tested before release
- Coordinate between QA and development teams
Team Coordination
- Act as a bridge between Engineering, QA, Product, and Support teams
- Keep teams aligned on priorities and timelines
- Share updates on progress, risks, and delays
Reporting
- Track sprint progress and release status
- Monitor bugs and quality metrics
- Maintain visibility of all ongoing projects
Requirements
Must Have
- 3–7 years of experience in Project Management (SaaS or software development)
- Basic experience or exposure to Product Management
- Knowledge of Agile / Scrum and SDLC
- Experience handling web and mobile projects
- Good communication and organizational skills
Good to Have
- Experience in workforce or operations-based software
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, ClickUp, or Asana
- Ability to write user stories or product requirements
- Data-driven thinking
