For our client engaged in making Castings and Forgings with plants in India and UAE, we are looking for VMC/ CNC Supervisor based at PUNE, [MH], India.
VMC/CNC Supervisor
Experience: 5- 8 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a 15–20 machine CNC/VMC production line. (Finishing of Castings/ Forgings)
- Define and implement the complete manufacturing process from engineering drawings to finished output
- Ensure production meets quality standards, tolerances, and delivery timelines
- Plan and select optimal machines, cutting tools, fixtures, and processes
- Improve productivity, reduce cycle time, and minimize rejection rates
- Coordinate with design, quality, and PPC teams for smooth operations
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of CNC/VMC machining processes
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and GD&T
- Hands-on experience in process planning and tooling selection
- Skills to manage shop-floor teams
