<li> Diagnose and repair <strong>HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems</strong>
</li>
<li> Perform service, maintenance, and system replacements </li>
<li> Work on residential and <strong>light commercial equipment</strong>
</li>
<li> Service refrigeration equipment (ice machines, freezers, etc.) </li>
<li> Clearly explain issues and solutions to customers (<strong>no gimmicks</strong>) </li>
<li> Maintain truck inventory and keep equipment organized </li>
<li> Represent the company with professionalism and pride </li>
<li> Build long-term customer relationships </li>

<li> HVAC service experience (residential + light commercial) </li>
<li> Refrigeration experience preferred </li>
<li> Reliable, motivated, and customer-focused </li>
