We’re hiring a Business Development Associate to help grow our referral network by building relationships with insurance professionals, contractors, and property managers in our community.</div><div>

<li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation</li>
<li>Professional appearance and demeanor</li>

<li>Build and maintain relationships with referral partners such as insurance agents, adjusters, restoration industry professionals, property managers, and contractors</li>
<li>Conduct in-person visits to local businesses and referral partners</li>
<li>Represent the company at networking events and community functions</li>
<li>Schedule and support marketing visits and presentations</li>
<li>Maintain CRM records and track referral partner activity</li>
<li>Support marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives</li>
<li>Report activity and results to leadership</li>
