🔹 Position Title:

Quality Specialist

🔹 Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field (required)
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) – mandatory
• Previous experience in a hospital or medical complex setting is preferred
• Strong interest and commitment to full-time work

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of quality and patient safety initiatives in alignment with CBAHI standards
• Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting of quality indicators
• Participate in internal audits, risk assessments, and performance improvement projects
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments to promote a culture of safety and excellence
• Maintain documentation and contribute to accreditation readiness
• Provide training and awareness sessions on quality tools and standards

🔹 Desired Skills:

• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and accreditation requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools
