The Ørsted Global Graduate Programme

This is a development programme for new graduates who want to step into a fun and challenging role within their field and embark on an intense learning journey. Through our programme, we aim to forge a network of future leaders and specialists who'll shape Ørsted's journey to becoming a true catalyst of change for a greener future. To qualify for the two-year programme, you'll have graduated with good credentials and have a bachelor's, master's, or equivalent degree in business, finance, law, procurement, engineering, science, IT, or another related field.
