About the role

This is a development programme for new graduates who want to step into a fun and challenging role within their field and embark on an intense learning journey. Through our programme, we aim to forge a network of future leaders and specialists who'll shape Ørsted's journey to becoming a true catalyst of change for a greener future. To qualify for the two-year programme, you'll have graduated with good credentials and have a bachelor's, master's, or equivalent degree in business, finance, law, procurement, engineering, science, IT, or another related field. If you're accepted into the programme, you'll have the unique opportunity of working in three different teams at Ørsted, giving you the chance to work on several projects to build your experience and knowledge.
