Mumbai has thousands of street hawkers.
They wake up at 4am. They feed our city. They’ve been doing it for decades.
Most of them don’t have a single official document to prove they exist.
We’re changing that.
🌆 The Mission
We’re running a city-wide Hawker ID Card Drive
across all 26 wards of Mumbai — photographing and registering street vendors so they can finally access their legal rights, government schemes, and civic protections.
This is real, ground-level impact. Not a campaign. Not a post. Actual change.
🙌 What You’ll Do
- Be stationed at your ward office (fixed spot — no running around)
- Click passport-style photos of hawkers on your smartphone
- Help them feel seen, respected, and heard
- Upload photos to our system — we handle the rest
30 days. One ward. Thousands of lives impacted.
🫵 We’re Looking For People Who
- Believe every street vendor deserves dignity
- Own a smartphone and know how to use WhatsApp
- Can show up consistently for 30 days
- Live near any Mumbai ward (preferred)
No experience needed. Just heart + reliability.
