Who we want to meet
We are looking for a Senior/Expert ServiceNow Order Management Developer to join an international project. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow Order Management (OM) solutions and a strong understanding of ServiceNow development best practices.
You will work closely with solution architects, technical teams, and business stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver scalable Order Management solutions that meet business requirements.
📍 Location: Remote (Based in India or Vietnam)
💼 Engagement type: Freelance / Independent contractor
🗣️ Languages: Fluent English required
The project includes:
- Development of advanced Order Management functionalities
- Design and optimization of portals with complex user experience
- Mentoring junior developers and sharing technical best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow Order Management (OM) solutions.
- Participate in end-to-end Order Management implementations, from solution design to deployment.
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform following best practices.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements.
- Ensure development standards, code quality, and platform best practices are consistently applied.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements:
- Senior/Expert-level experience with ServiceNow Order Management (OM).
- Proven hands-on experience delivering Order Management implementations.
- Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, architecture, and development best practices.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within distributed international teams.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
