🚨 We're Hiring | Legal Executive / Legal Counsel – Agri Business ⚖️🌱

Survir Agri Tech Pvt. Ltd. (PK Group) is building one of India's most advanced integrated Potato Research, Tissue Culture, Seed Potato, Minituber, Contract Farming, and Agri Supply Chain businesses.
We are looking for a motivated Legal Executive / Legal Counsel to join our Legal & Corporate Affairs team and support the company's legal, regulatory, contractual, and corporate compliance functions.
### Key Responsibilities
✔️ Draft, review, and maintain commercial contracts, vendor agreements, land documents, and contract farming agreements.
✔️ Assist in land due diligence, lease documentation, and property-related legal matters.
✔️ Support compliance with the Seed Act, APMC regulations, the Companies Act, and other applicable laws.
✔️ Assist in corporate legal documentation, board matters, and statutory filings.
✔️ Coordinate with external advocates on litigation and legal notices.
✔️ Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions, reports, and documentation.
✔️ Support contract management, compliance monitoring, and legal risk mitigation.
### Qualifications
🎓 LL.B. (Mandatory)
🎓 LL.M. and/or Company Secretary (CS) qualification will be an added advantage.
### Experience
📌 Candidates with up to 3 years of post-qualification experience are encouraged to apply.
📌 Candidates with experience in Corporate Law, Commercial Contracts, Land Laws, Agriculture, Manufacturing, or Regulatory Compliance will be preferred.
