L2 Engineer Candidate Requirements
1. L2 Engineers must be five years experienced in networking (VLAN, SDA) with networking certification from Cisco & Aruba /reputed organization. Knowledge about all IT operations including Servers and antivirus is required. His completed diploma or Degree.
2. Complete Network administrations of LAN, WAN, Switch’s, VLAN’s, SD Access, Wireless, Clear Pass and ISE as per the network design shown above.
3. Following change management process for any network related changes.
4. NOC Team should continuously monitor the entire network (business critical VLAN’s IP, Network IP’s, Servers IP’s, Supportive Devices IP’s) and take immediate action in case of any issues.
5. First level support must be provided by NOC team and incase if needed, call has to raised with OEM and troubleshooting with OEM.
6. Faulty Hardware Replacement by coordinating with OEM.
7. Firmware/Patch up gradation as per OEM Recommendation/Instruction following review calendar.
8. End to end Troubleshooting which includes Uplink Level, Port Level Issues, End Point Level for IT and OT Network.
9. User Access Management which included MAC Add in WLC for user Authentication, MAC removal, adding and removing users in Active directory groups.
10. Onboarding of new Switches, Access points for IT and OT.
11. Troubleshooting AAA Authentication related issues in - IT & OT Switch Onboarding , Template Configuration for IT Switches , Level Issue Like - Reachability, Service Stop , Lan Automation Issue , Backup & Restore , Firmware Upgradation, Overlay IP Pool Config & MGMT , SNMP Config & Troubleshooting.
12. Troubleshooting of Switches Routing Level - Issue -ISIS, LISP, BGP & VRF
13. Troubleshooting of NAC & AD -User Authentication Problem -Wired & Wireless, Guest Portal - Trouble shooting and Config Change, Level Issue Like - Reachability, Service Stop. & Etc, AD Integration Issue, Policy Configuration & Troubleshooting, Micro Segmentation Configuration & Troubleshooting, Certification Level Issue.
14. Cisco & Aruba WLC related configuration and troubleshooting - New SSID Configuration, SSID Connectivity issue.
15. Configuration changes and troubleshooting of Network Appliance, Core Switches, Distribution Switch IT & OT, Server Farm Switch access and distribution switches.
16. WLC related configuration and troubleshooting - New SSID Configuration, SSID Connectivity issue.
17. Firewall Management, Logging case with Firewall Support vendor and following up with vendor for the change management as per Client’s requirement.
18. Firewall Policy creation and Security level Configuration required.
19. Following Configuration Backup procedure as per the policy.
20. Audit Management, NOC Team shall provide all the required support during any internal/ external/ regulatory audits performed to assess cyber/information security at Client. Also coordinating and fixing audit observations are part of scope.
21. Tele presence/Video Conference Management, Coordinating with VC solution provider and ensure uptime of VC systems.
22. Cyber Security hardenings of all network devices are part of scope.
23. Participating in Daily Working Meeting on daily basis and Updating Customer team on call status, project status and any other activities is part of scope.
24. Immediate response and action against the points raised by SOC team is part of scope.
25. Coordination and providing support for any new projects related to networking is part of scope.
26. Cisco DNAC knowledge added advantage.
