🏢 About the Role:
We are a reputed organization with a strong track record and excellent growth opportunities, looking for a skilled AR Caller to join our growing team.
📋 Key Responsibilities:
• Follow up with insurance companies/patients on outstanding claims
• Identify and resolve claim denials, rejections, and underpayments
• Ensure timely reimbursement and accurate account resolution
• Maintain detailed documentation of all AR activities
• Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets
• Coordinate with billing and coding teams to resolve discrepancies
✅ Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in AR Calling (US Healthcare / Medical Billing preferred)
• Strong knowledge of insurance follow-up, denial management & appeals
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and billing software
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
💰 Compensation: Up to ₹40,000/month (based on experience)
📍 Location: Avadi, Chennai
🏠 Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) only
🚗 Note: No cab facility provided – Own conveyance preferred
