🚨 We’re Hiring: Ticketing & Reservation Executive (IATA Certified)🚨

We are looking for a professionally trained Ticketing & Reservation Executive with strong expertise in automated air ticketing and GDS-based fare calculation.

⏳ Experience: Minimum 1 year (Travel / Airline Ticketing)

Role Overview

The selected candidate will handle end-to-end air ticketing and reservation activities using automated systems, ensuring accurate fare calculation, ticket issuance, and smooth customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle air ticket bookings, cancellations, re-issuance, and rescheduling

• Perform fare calculation and ticket issuance via GDS

• Work on Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre systems

• Assist customers with flight options, fares, and schedules

• Maintain booking records, invoices, and customer details

• Coordinate with airlines and internal teams

Mandatory Requirements

• Diploma or training in Automated Ticketing (GDS-based)

• Hands-on experience with Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre

• Strong knowledge of fare calculation & ticket issuance via GDS

• Valid and recent IATA certification – MANDATORY

• Minimum 1 year experience in ticketing

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English)

• Detail-oriented and professional approach
