🚀 Hiring: ServiceNow CSDM Architect | CMDB Expert | Remote (India) | Immediate Joiner (≤15 Days)
🔍 About the Role
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow CSDM Architect / CMDB Expert with strong expertise in ITSM, CMDB, and ServiceNow platform architecture. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing CSDM-compliant data models and ensuring CMDB data integrity across the organization.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement CSDM-compliant data models within ServiceNow CMDB
- Define and manage CI classes, attributes, and relationships aligned with business and technical services
- Ensure CMDB data accuracy, completeness, and governance across multiple data sources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map services, dependencies, and infrastructure
- Drive adoption of CSDM best practices across the organization
- Oversee data ingestion, normalization, and reconciliation processes
- Support Service Mapping and Discovery initiatives
- Establish and monitor CMDB health metrics and continuous improvement plans
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and mentor junior team members
🔹 Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in ITSM, CMDB, and ServiceNow platform architecture
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM framework (3.0/4.0)
- Experience with Business Services, Application Services, and Technical Services
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping
- Strong understanding of data modeling, CI class structures, and relationship mapping
- Experience in CMDB data governance and data quality management
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Glide API)
- Experience integrating data from external sources (cloud, monitoring, asset tools)
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes
🔹 Nice-to-Have Skills
- ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CIS-CMDB, CIS-Discovery)
- Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments (IoT/OT systems)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF)
- Experience with Performance Analytics and reporting tools
- Exposure to Agile/DevOps methodologies
