Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Azure Generative AI Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Azure cloud, and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building LLM-based applications, implementing RAG/Graph RAG solutions, and delivering scalable AI systems using Azure services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Generative AI applications using Azure AI services
- Build RAG and Graph RAG-based retrieval solutions for enterprise use cases
- Develop and deploy solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Cognitive Services
- Create, clean, and curate training datasets from enterprise documents (SOPs, PDFs, tickets, etc.)
- Perform fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and optimization of LLMs/SLMs
- Develop APIs and backend services using Azure App Services / Functions / AKS
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and workflows
- Ensure scalability, performance, security, and cost optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end AI solution delivery
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in software / AI / cloud engineering
- Strong Python development skills (mandatory)
- Minimum 2+ years of Generative AI experience
- Hands-on experience with LLMs/SLMs and fine-tuning
- Experience with Azure (Azure OpenAI, AI Search, Cognitive Services)
- Strong knowledge of RAG and Graph RAG architectures
- Experience in REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native development
- Understanding of vector search, embeddings, and semantic search
Preferred Skills
- Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel
- Knowledge of Azure Functions, AKS, containerization
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, DevOps practices
- Azure certifications are a plus
