Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to lead and coordinate our operational activities. This key role will oversee the scheduling of junior engineers, manage client communications regarding lift timelines, supervise after-sales service, and coordinate closely with logistics teams to ensure timely and flawless installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize schedules for Junior Engineers to meet installation and service deadlines
- Serve as the primary point of contact with clients regarding lift schedules and service updates
- Oversee after-sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution
- Coordinate with the logistics department to align delivery and installation timelines
- Manage staff leaves and maintain smooth communication between ground-level teams and senior management
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing operations in the elevator or technical services industry
- Strong leadership, multitasking, and communication skills
- Ability to handle client interactions professionally and resolve issues efficiently
- Familiarity with service scheduling, project execution, and team coordination
