We are building a premium, system-driven bakery brand in Hyderabad — focused on high-quality cakes, structured operations, and long-term scalability.
We already operate:
• A central kitchen
• Retail storefronts
• A growing premium cakes & bouquet vertical
Now we are looking for a Head Chef who thinks like a business owner — not just a production chef.
This role is about ownership, systems, quality, and profitability.

🔹 What You Will Lead
• End-to-end kitchen operations & production planning
• SOP creation (recipes, costing, hygiene, storage, cleaning)
• Hiring, training & building a disciplined team
• Premium cake & dessert standardization
• Menu engineering & margin optimization
• Food cost control, wastage reduction & inventory planning
• Vendor coordination & quality control
• Building scalable systems in a startup environment
