🚁 Hiring Drone Co-Pilot / Field Assistant (Power Grid Inspection) – Maharashtra

The Role:
This is a 100% field-based position.
We are currently executing large-scale transmission line inspection projects across Maharashtra.
You will be working directly on-site, assisting with high-tech drone operations for critical energy infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
🚁 Mission Support
Assist the Lead Drone Pilot in conducting professional inspections of high-voltage transmission lines and transmission towers.
📍 Navigation:
Use Google Maps and Google Earth to accurately locate remote transmission towers and project sites.
👀 Safety & Observation:
Act as a Visual Observer (VO) and ensure safe drone operations by maintaining visual line of sight and following all safety procedures while working near energized transmission lines.
🔋 Equipment & Logistics
Assist with equipment setup, battery management, data logging, and site preparation before and after every mission.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 10th Pass
- Must know how to ride a motorcycle
- Must possess a valid Driving License
- Basic knowledge of using Google Maps and Google Earth
- Willing to travel extensively across Maharashtra
- Physically fit and comfortable working in outdoor environments
- Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome to apply

Salary & Growth Structure:
Probation Period (First 3 Months)
💰 ₹10,000–₹12,000 per month
Upon Successful Completion of the Probation Period
💰 ₹15,000 per month
Performance-Based Salary Growth
💰 Up to ₹20,000+ per month based on technical skills, discipline, and overall performance.
