Craftify Productions is hiring a High-Ticket Sales Closer to sell premium game software and subscription-based systems to YouTubers and content creators (Minecraft, Roblox, GTA V).
This is a sales-first role with client management as a secondary responsibility after closing.
🎯 Role Responsibilities
🔥 Sales (Primary)
• Close high-ticket deals via Discord
• Understand creator needs and pitch tailored solutions
• Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and maximize deal value
• Manage full sales cycle (lead → close → follow-up)
🤝 Client Management (Secondary)
• Maintain relationships with closed clients
• Upsell and re-engage existing clients
• Handle custom requests and coordinate with internal team
⭐ Requirements
• Proven experience in sales or closing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle high-value clients professionally
• Comfortable with Discord-based communication
Bonus:
• SaaS or subscription sales experience
• Experience closing $1,000+ deals
• Understanding of YouTube / creator economy
💼 Job Details
• Remote | Full-time
• 6 days/week (US/EU time overlap required)
• ₹20,000–₹30,000 + 10–15% commission per sale
