🚀 We're Hiring: Senior Rust Developer (Remote, India | Full-Time | Immediate Joiners Preferred)
Strive4X Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is hiring on behalf of one of our esteemed clients for an exciting Remote Senior Rust Developer opportunity. 📍 Location: Remote, India
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time
🌍 Shift: UK Shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST)
⚡ Joining Preference: Immediate Joiners / Candidates with Short Notice Period (Join within 15-20 days)
Key Responsibilities
✅ Design, develop, and optimize high-performance backend systems using Rust
✅ Build scalable, secure, and reliable software solutions
✅ Work on algorithms, concurrency, memory management, and low-latency applications. Should be strong in Data Structure
✅ Participate in code reviews and maintain engineering best practices
✅ Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver quality solutions
✅ Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and system-level issues
✅ Drive innovation by staying updated with the latest Rust ecosystem and technologies
Required Skills & Experience
✔️ 8+ years of overall software development experience
✔️ 3+ years of hands-on Rust development experience
✔️ Strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms
✔️ Expertise in systems programming, concurrency, and performance optimization
✔️ Experience with Microservices and Distributed Systems
✔️ Exposure to Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
✔️ Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
✔️ Passion for writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code
