🚀 We're Hiring: Performance Marketing Lead (Meta Ads & Growth)
📍 Location: Greater Noida (Work Hybrid )
💼 Experience: 3–5 Years
💰 Salary: ₹12–15 LPA
Please Note: This role is NOT for SEO, content marketing, or general digital marketing professionals.
We're looking for a Growth Marketer who has successfully scaled user acquisition through Meta Ads and Google Ads for apps or consumer internet businesses.

What We're Looking For
✅ Proven experience in performance marketing driving growth at scale
✅ Strong expertise across Meta Ads and Google Ads
✅ Deep understanding of app growth, attribution, performance analytics, and scaling mechanics
✅ Proven ability to build high-converting creative strategies, messaging, and narratives
✅ Strong understanding of Bharat consumer behaviour, especially Tier 2 & Tier 3 audiences
✅ Strong problem-solving ability with a first-principles thinking approach
✅ High ownership mindset with a bias for execution
✅ Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment
Bonus If You Have Experience With
- AppsFlyer, GA4, Firebase, Amplitude, or Mixpanel
- Scaling app install campaigns
- Large monthly ad budgets
- Consumer internet or EdTech businesses
