💼 Job Summary
We are looking for a Freelancing Platform Manager & Paid Advertising Specialist who can manage major freelancing platforms, acquire projects, generate leads, and run performance-based digital advertising campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in freelancing platforms, proposal writing, client communication, and paid campaign management.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize company profiles on freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, and PeoplePerHour
• Identify relevant projects and submit high-quality proposals to acquire international clients
• Communicate with global clients and manage project acquisition
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC)
• Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI and lead generation
• Coordinate with the internal technical team for smooth project execution
🎯 Required Skills & Expertise
• Basic knowledge of freelancing marketplace management
• Knowledge of Upwork bidding and Fiverr gig optimization
• Basic knowledge of managing Google Ads / Meta Ads campaigns
• Strong proposal writing and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to track campaign performance and ROI
• Ability to manage multiple platforms and projects simultaneously
