🚀 We’re Hiring: KAM – Home Loan Sales (Open Market) | NoBroker
📍 Location: Mumbai (Open Market)
⏰ Shift: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM | Mon–Sat (Sunday Fixed Off)
🔎 Role Overview:
Looking for dynamic professionals with experience in Home Loan / LAP sales who can drive business through open market sourcing and strong builder relationships.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Generate home loan leads from open market
✔ Build & manage tie-ups with real estate builders & connectors
✔ Maintain strong relationships for continuous lead flow
✔ Guide customers on home loan options (60+ bank tie-ups)
✔ Handle end-to-end process – sourcing to disbursement
✔ Achieve monthly disbursement targets (2 Cr+)
🛠 Eligibility Criteria:
🔹 1+ year experience in Home Loan / LAP Sales (Open Market Mandatory)
🔹 Strong network with builders / brokers / connectors
🔹 Good communication & sales skills
🔹 Target-driven and field sales oriented
