🚀 We’re Hiring | Head of Project Management – Bank Interior & Civil Projects (PAN India)
Are you an experienced Project Management Leader with expertise in Bank Interior Fit-Out, Civil & Turnkey Projects?
We’re looking for a dynamic professional to lead the execution of banking infrastructure projects across India.
Position
Head of Project Management
📍 Location: PAN India
Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead end-to-end execution of multiple Bank Interior, Civil & Turnkey Projects.
✔ Manage Project Managers, Site Managers & Site Engineers.
✔ Plan project schedules, budgets, procurement & resource allocation.
✔ Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors & contractors.
✔ Ensure timely project delivery with quality, safety & cost control.
✔ Review BOQs, drawings, billing, estimation & contracts.
✔ Monitor project progress and resolve execution challenges.
✔ Drive operational excellence and process improvements.
Required Experience
✅ 10+ years in Bank Interior, Commercial Interior or Civil Projects.
✅ Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
✅ Strong knowledge of Interior, Civil, Architectural & MEP execution.
✅ Expertise in BOQs, estimation, billing, contracts & vendor management.
✅ Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project & Microsoft Office.
✅ Willing to travel across India.
Preferred
⭐ Experience delivering turnkey projects for Banks & Financial Institutions.
⭐ Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
⭐ Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
