Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for contract-based positions located in Mumbai. The responsibilities include managing and negotiating contractual agreements, analyzing contract data, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering effective communication with stakeholders. You will serve as a key contributor in developing and maintaining strong contractual processes and supporting the organization with its legal and operational needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Contract Management and expertise in understanding Contractual Agreements
- Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and ensuring compliance with organizational goals
- Excellent Communication skills for effective stakeholder management
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating detailed information and identifying risks or opportunities
- Previous experience in managing contract lifecycles is a plus
- Ability to work effectively within team environments and meet deadlines
- Relevant educational background and certifications in law, business, or related fields are advantageous
