👤 Role: International Customer Support – Voice Process

🌙 Shifts: Night Shifts | Rotational Week Offs

💼 Type: Full‑Time

📈 Experience: 0 – 5 Years

❌ Postgraduates are not eligible

🎓 Qualification: Any Full‑Time Graduate (15 years of education)

✅ Mandatory Requirements

✔ International Voice Support experience

✔ Excellent English communication skills (Speak / Read / Write)

✔ Strong customer handling abilities

✔ Willingness to work night shifts

✔ Ready for WFO – Bengaluru location

💬 What You’ll Do

• Handle international customer interactions via voice support
• Resolve queries with empathy and professionalism
• Build customer rapport through active listening
• Deliver solutions by navigating internal systems
• Adapt quickly to tools, technologies, and evolving processes

✔ Strong communication & soft skills

✔ Customer‑centric & empathetic approach

✔ Professional call handling

Technical Skills:

✔ Understanding of basic processes & workflows

✔ Quick learner, tech‑savvy, and adaptable

• Updated resume (printout)
• Any 2 Government IDs (PAN / Aadhaar / Passport / Voter ID)
• Original academic documents:
• 10th & 12th marksheets
• Graduation marksheets, CMM, provisional & degree certificates

🚫 Laptops and cameras are not permitted.

🆔 Government ID is mandatory for campus entry.
