🚀 Urgent Hiring: Sales Executive (ONDC Sales) – Freshers | Internship | Ahmedabad (Work from Office)

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our ONDC Sales Team as Sales Executive Interns. This is a great opportunity to kickstart your career in Sales & E-commerce.

💼 Position: Sales Executive – ONDC Sales (Intern)

📍 Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)

🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time Internship / Trainee

💰 Stipend: ₹7,500 per month

📈 Career Growth: High-performing candidates will be considered for full-time (on-roll) positions

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential sellers and explain the ONDC platform

• Onboard new sellers and drive platform adoption

• Handle seller queries and resolve concerns professionally

• Assist sellers with registration, catalogue uploading & order management

• Maintain regular follow-ups for engagement and activation

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

• Maintain call records and update CRM/Excel reports

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

🔹 Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers or up to 1 year experience in Sales/Telesales/Telecalling

• Graduate or pursuing graduation (any stream)

• Strong communication skills (English, Hindi & Marathi preferred)

• Basic understanding of E-commerce/ONDC (preferred)

🔹 Skills Required:

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

• Strong persuasion and negotiation ability

• Customer handling skills

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM)

• Target-driven and proactive approach
