🚀 Urgent Hiring: Backend Engineer (Java + Spring Boot) | On-site – Kolkata | Contract Role
We are looking for a high-impact Backend Engineer who can step in, take ownership, and solve real production challenges from day one.
This is not a routine development role — this is for someone who thrives in live environments, enjoys deep debugging, and can stabilize and optimize systems under pressure.
🔍 What You’ll Work On
Troubleshooting and enhancing backend services built on Java & Spring Boot
Diving into large codebases to trace end-to-end request flows
Identifying and resolving critical production issues using logs, API traces, and DB queries
Working with REST APIs and microservices architecture
Collaborating across teams with working knowledge of Angular for complete issue resolution
Supporting deployments and debugging in AWS environments
Driving system stability, performance improvements, and faster resolution cycles
