Opportunity: Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for top performers 🎯
👋 Hey Future Marketer!
Do you spend more time analysing Instagram Reels than watching them? Can you spot a trending meme before it goes viral? Do you think "brand voice" is more than a buzzword?
If yes, we want YOU on the Preferme team! 🙌
We're looking for a creative, curious and hustle-ready Gen-Z MBA Marketing student or fresher who wants real-world experience, not just coffee runs and Excel sheets.
💼 What You'll Be Doing
You'll plan and create content for social media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube. You'll research market trends, competitors and target audiences, and help run digital marketing campaigns from idea to execution. You'll also brainstorm fresh, Gen-Z-friendly ideas to grow the Preferme brand, track campaign performance and share insights, and work directly with the team on real projects that go live.
🎯 Who We're Looking For
You're pursuing or have completed an MBA/PGDM in Marketing (or a related field). You understand social media and digital trends, you have good communication skills in English, and you're a self-starter who can manage your own time (especially if you choose WFH). Bonus points if you know Canva, basic video editing, or tools like Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics.
🎁 What's In It For You
✅ PPO opportunity: the best performer after 3 months gets a full-time offer at Preferme
✅ Total flexibility: work from office or home, whatever suits you
✅ Real work, real impact: your ideas will actually go live
✅ Internship certificate + Letter of Recommendation for strong performers
✅ Mentorship from experienced marketing professionals
✅ Portfolio-worthy projects to boost your resume
