🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Team Leader / Performance Marketing Manager with proven experience in Performance Marketing, Google Ads Management, SEO Strategy, Paid Media, and Team Leadership.
The ideal candidate should be capable of leading high-performing marketing teams, managing paid campaigns, optimizing conversions, and driving qualified lead generation and business growth.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Lead Generation Team
- Plan and execute SEO, SMM, Paid Ads, and Digital Campaign Strategies
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, PPC Campaigns, Meta Ads, and Lead Generation Funnels
- Track ROI, Conversions, CPC, CPL, and Campaign Performance Metrics
- Develop Keyword Strategy, Conversion Funnel Optimization, and Growth Marketing Plans
- Train and mentor junior team members in Digital Marketing Best Practices
- Collaborate with management to drive Business Growth, Revenue Targets, and Customer Acquisition
📋 Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing
- Currently working as:
- Team Leader / Digital Marketing Manager / Performance Marketing Manager / Senior Digital Marketing Specialist
- Proven experience in Team Handling, Paid Campaign Management, and Lead Generation
- Must have hands-on experience in Google Ads, PPC Campaigns, and Conversion Optimization
