🚀 Hiring: Support Engineer | Remote | 24×7 Rotational Shifts | Full-Time

🔹 Key Requirements:
✔ Minimum 0-4 years of experience in Application/Production Support
✔ Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
✔ Basic knowledge of .NET or Java and SQL (queries)
✔ Experience with incident management & ticketing tools
✔ Excellent communication skills (mandatory)
✔ Comfortable working in 24×7 rotational shifts
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end remote support for applications and factory systems
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability
Handle incident management, RCA, and issue tracking
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
Support deployments, testing, and maintenance activities
Maintain clear documentation and communication with stakeholders
