🚀 Role : ServiceNow Solution Architect 📍 Location : Remote 🧑💻 Experience : 8+ Years ,
Immediate Joiner (Max 20 days Notice preferred)
We are looking for an experienced and passionate ServiceNow Solution Architect for our Client to design, implement, and optimize scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and platform configuration
✔ Design & implement ITSM modules – Incident, Problem, Change, Request & Knowledge
✔ Manage CMDB architecture, data modeling & governance
✔ Build workflows using Flow Designer and automate business processes
✔ Develop Service Catalog items with complex workflows
✔ Customize Service Portal for enhanced user experience
✔ Integrate third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
✔ Configure Virtual Agent & Now Assist capabilities
✔ Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership
✔ Ensure platform performance, scalability & security
🔹 Required Skills:
✅ 6+ years Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform implementation
✅ 4+ years Expertise in ITSM, CMDB, Flow Designer, Service Catalog & Service Portal
✅ Experience with integrations & automation
✅ Knowledge of JavaScript & Glide API scripting
✅ Strong stakeholder management & problem-solving skills
⭐ Good to Have:
➕ Experience in ITAM
➕ Experience in ITOM, Discovery & Event Management
🎓 Preferred Certifications:
🏅 CSA – Certified System Administrator
🏅 CIS-ITSM
🏅 CAD – Certified Application Developer
🏅 ITIL Foundation
💡 Soft Skills:
✨ Excellent communication & presentation skills
✨ Strong analytical & decision-making abilities
✨ Ability to mentor teams and lead technical discussions
