Own a Scalable Enterprise PlatformOwn and drive a multi-client Authoring & CMS platform powering enterprise-grade content ecosystems across global programs.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll operate at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Business, shaping how large-scale technical content is created, managed, and delivered.

What You’ll Own (Outcomes, Not Just Tasks)- Define and execute the product vision & roadmap for an Authoring + CMS platform
- Reduce authoring cycle time and improve content quality & consistency
- Drive content reuse, scalability, and multi-channel publishing efficiency
- Enable faster localization and global content delivery
- Build a highly usable, scalable, and integrated platform ecosystem

What You’ll Do- Translate business needs into epics, user stories & prioritized backlogs
- Drive discovery with aftersales, service engineering, technical publications, localization, compliance teams
- Define workflows: create → review → approve → publish
- Design systems around metadata, taxonomy, search, reuse & variants
- Ensure strong Agile execution: sprint planning, grooming, demos, releases
- Manage integrations with PLM / ERP / CRM / portals / translation systems / SSO
- Partner with UX, architects, and engineering for scalable solutions

What We’re Looking For- Strong Product Owner / Product Manager fundamentals
- ✅ Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience in CMS / CCMS / Authoring platforms (MANDATORY)
- Experience with structured content (DITA / XML / taxonomy / reuse)
- Exposure to localization workflows & multi-language publishing
- Ability to work on APIs, integrations, scalability & performance
- Strong stakeholder management & decision-making skills

Nice to Have- Automotive Aftersales / Technical Publications domain
- Experience with service portals / dealer-facing content platforms
- Exposure to GenAI-based authoring / content automation

This Role is NOT for You If- You don’t have hands-on CMS/CCMS/Authoring platform experience (min 3+ years)
- Your experience is limited to generic web/mobile product roles without content platforms
- You prefer execution-only roles without ownership of roadmap & strategy
