We are looking for a highly technical and performance-driven digital marketing leader to own and scale our digital growth engine.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
* Architect and execute full-funnel digital strategies across SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Display, and Programmatic
* Own performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) with focus on CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion optimization
* Lead marketing analytics using tools like Google Analytics , Tag Manager, and CRM/automation platforms
* Design and implement attribution models, A/B testing frameworks, and CRO initiatives
* Manage marketing tech stack (MarTech) including automation, tracking, and data integration
* Drive data-led decision making through dashboards, cohort analysis, and funnel optimization
* Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing digital and performance marketing team
𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
10+ years in digital marketing with strong D2C/eCommerce experience
✔️ Proven track record of scaling online revenue and optimizing unit economics
✔️ Expertise in performance marketing platforms and audience segmentation
✔️ Hands-on experience with Shopify, marketing automation, and CRM tools
✔️ Strong understanding of attribution, cohort analysis, and funnel metrics
✔️ Data-driven mindset with deep focus on experimentation and growth
