This is NOT a traditional HR role.
This role is ideal for someone who:

What Youβll Work On

You will work closely with the leadership team on:
- recruitment coordination,
- hiring operations,
- candidate tracking,
- interview scheduling,
- outreach management,
- HR workflow organization,
- and recruiting process execution.
Key responsibilities include:
β Maintaining structured hiring trackers and recruitment sheets
β Managing candidate pipelines across multiple roles
β Coordinating interviews and follow-ups
β Sending outreach messages, assignments, and communication emails
β Organizing resumes, feedback, and hiring documentation
β Tracking candidate stages and updating workflow systems
β Assisting leadership with hiring operations and coordination
β Ensuring strong process discipline and operational accuracy
