🚀 Hiring: Founding UI/UX Designer for Venture Launcher (Unpaid, Remote)
I’m building Venture Launcher – an AI-powered platform that connects startups and investors through smart matchmaking, prediction models, and a community layer.
We’re now looking for a founding UI/UX designer to own the product experience end-to-end.
This is an unpaid, remote role right now – ideal for someone who wants strong portfolio pieces, real product ownership, and early-founding-team experience in a live startup.
You’ll work on:
- Designing onboarding flows for startups and investors
- Startup & investor profile pages that feel trustworthy and clear
- Matchmaking flows (search, filters, recommendations, intros)
- Community experience (posts, discussions, notifications)
- A simple, reusable design system for web (components, typography, colors)
You’re a good fit if you:
- Have a portfolio of web apps or SaaS products (not just landing pages)
- Can show full case studies (problem → research → flows → wireframes → final UI)
- Are comfortable with dashboards, forms, filters, and multi-step flows
- Enjoy working closely with a founder, iterating fast, and shipping scrappy v1s
- Can collaborate smoothly with a React/Next.js frontend team
