🚀 Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Incentive Based | ShefMate (Hinjawadi, Pune)
I’m building ShefMate — a startup that connects home chefs with families who want a cook at home.
We are looking for Business Development Executives (BDEs) to help us grow in Hinjawadi through on-ground efforts.
📍 Location: Hinjawadi, Pune
🔹 Role:
• Find families who need a cook
• Identify and onboard home chefs
• Build connections with housing societies
This is a field-based role. Not a desk job.
💰 Compensation (Performance-Based):
• ₹30 per valid customer lead
• ₹100 after successful booking completion
• ₹200 per chef (after 5 completed services)
• ₹500 per active society partnership
(No fixed salary — earn based on results)
🎯 Who should apply:

• Comfortable with field work and talking to people
