🔹 Position: Accounts Head
We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Accounts Head from the Agro / Agrochemical / Pesticide industry to lead our accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, financial expertise, and in-depth knowledge of statutory compliance and internal controls.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
📊 Accounting & Financial Management
• Handle end-to-end accounting and finance operations
• Prepare Financial Statements, Balance Sheet, P&L, and MIS Reports
• Manage Cash Flow, Budgeting, and Financial Forecasting
🔍 Internal Audit & Controls
• Maintain strong internal financial controls
• Conduct audits and identify financial risks
• Improve financial processes and operational efficiency
🧾 Taxation & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory regulations
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities
📈 Business Financial Planning
• Support management in financial strategy and cost optimization
• Monitor procurement, inventory, and operational finance
👥 Team Management
• Lead and mentor the Accounts & Finance team
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
