HCL Technologies is conducting a Walk-In Drive for experienced professionals across Mortgage, Banking, Payments Investigation, Manual Payments & Chargeback processes.
SPAN – Mortgage
Designation: Associate
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality control reviews of residential loan files as per QC standards
- Manage daily operations and client handling
- Review income, employment, credit, DTI, LTV & collateral documentation
- Validate loans against GSE guidelines (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac)
- Identify risk factors, fraud red flags & compliance gaps
- Mentor team members and manage client escalations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
- 1–2+ years of experience in Mortgage QC / Underwriting
- Strong knowledge of US Mortgage & Real Estate guidelines
- Commercial Real Estate knowledge is an added advantage
SPAN – BSU (Bereavement Support)
Designation: Associate
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle bereavement cases and validate death certificates
- Review next-to-kin activities and executor limits
- Prepare TAPS sheets and support account closures
- Validate probate documents and certificates of balance
- Coordinate with solicitors and branch managers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
- 1–2+ years of experience in Europe-based Banking
- Strong communication & decision-making skills
SPAN – Payments Investigation & Manual Payments
Designation: Associate & Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle investigations related to payments & reconciliations
- Work on SEPA, Inward/Outward Payments, Nostro/Vostro
- Knowledge of SWIFT MT103, 196, 199, 202, 202COV
- Experience with ISO 20022 & Euro regulation compensation
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of Payments Investigation experience
Chargeback – Banking Process
Process Type: Data Entry / Validation / Verification
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality checks on chargeback samples
- Identify errors and provide feedback to CSRs
- Attend calibrations and maintain quality standards
Requirements:
- Graduate (Commerce / Finance preferred)
- 2+ years in Banking Chargeback / Cards Dispute
- Strong analytical, communication & MS Office skills
- Willingness to work overtime if required.
