OptOps.ai is building an AI-driven autonomous optimisation layer for Kubernetes, helping companies reduce cloud costs and improve performance without manual intervention.
We’re early, fast, and solving a real problem in the DevOps and Cloudwaste ecosystem.
The Role
This is not a typical marketing role.
You’ll work directly with the founders to build and scale growth from scratch (0→1).
Think of this as a CEO’s Office role focused on growth—where you will own problems, not just tasks.
What You’ll Own
- Build and run growth experiments across channels (LinkedIn, Reddit, outbound, partnerships)
- Identify ICP, map decision-makers, and create high-conviction outbound plays
- Drive community-led growth in DevOps / Kubernetes ecosystems
- Organize curated roundtables & closed-door discussions with engineering leaders
- Work on founder-led content, storytelling, and distribution
- Collaborate closely with sales to improve conversion and pipeline quality
- Test unconventional growth ideas → measure → double down
What We’re Looking For
- 1-4 years of experience in growth / founder’s office / early-stage startup
- Strong bias for action (you execute, not wait)
- Ability to understand or quickly learn DevOps / cloud / Kubernetes
- Comfortable engaging with technical audiences
- High ownership mindset: you think like a builder, not an employee
