At Smita Nigam – The Dream Home Designer, we're looking for someone who is creative, eager to learn, and ready to take ownership of our digital presence.
Your Role
You'll be responsible for helping us build a strong brand across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube by:
- Creating and executing a clear social media strategy.
- Planning monthly content calendars.
- Shooting videos and photos at ongoing and completed project sites.
- Editing engaging reels and short-form videos.
- Designing social media posts and carousels.
- Writing compelling captions and content for Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Publishing regular LinkedIn posts that build authority and generate business.
- Staying updated with social media trends and bringing fresh ideas.
- Tracking content performance and continuously improving results.
Who We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience (Freshers with an exceptional portfolio and strong learning attitude are also welcome.)
- Someone who thinks beyond editing and understands branding and marketing.
- Good video shooting and editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe tools).
- Strong English writing and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to grow with the company.
