📍 Location: Wakad, Pune
Job Overview
We’re looking for a Junior Video Editor who can create and edit engaging video content for marketing and social media campaigns.
You’ll work on teaser videos, reels, brand content, and repurposed snippets from webinars and long-form assets, helping us turn raw footage into compelling content for digital platforms.
If you’re comfortable with Adobe Premiere Pro, enjoy fast-paced editing, and know how to move quickly using modern tools (including AI), you’ll fit right in.
Junior Video Editor Responsibilities and Duties
🔹 Editing long-form videos and converting them into short-form, engaging content for social platforms
🔹 Creating reels, teaser trailers, and social videos optimized for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
🔹 Repurposing webinar recordings into multiple content formats
🔹 Adding motion graphics, transitions, captions, and brand elements
🔹 Collaborating with the marketing and design teams to align videos with campaign goals
🔹 Optimising video formats and aspect ratios for different platforms
🔹 Staying updated with video trends, editing styles, and social media formats

Requirements and Skills
✅ Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
✅ Basic working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
✅ Understanding of short-form social media editing styles
✅ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
✅ Attention to detail and clean editing workflow
Bonus Points If You

✨ Have basic motion graphics or animation knowledge
