Positon Overview

Kay Kay Industries is looking for a responsible and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to independently manage day-to-day warehouse operations at the Bawana facility.

This role involves handling dispatch planning, labour coordination, transporter management, inward supervision, stock movement monitoring, and maintaining overall warehouse discipline.

The selected candidate will function as the operational head of the Bawana warehouse and will report directly to management.

Location: Bawana, Delhi

Work Mode: Work From Office

Working Days: 6 Days per Week

Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

(Working hours may extend depending upon dispatch schedules and operational requirements.)

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Managing daily dispatch planning & execution

• Transporter coordination & vehicle booking (Tata Ace / Bolero / 14 ft etc.)

• Labour calling, attendance & weekly payment sheet preparation

• Supervising loading & unloading activities

• Inward material supervision & stock movement monitoring

• Maintaining warehouse floor discipline & gate control

• Ensuring dispatch only against proper documentation

• Daily reporting to management regarding operations & dispatch status

• Immediate reporting of stock mismatch, damage, delays or disputes

Qualifications

Preferred candidate profile:

• Experience in warehouse/store operations
• Experience handling dispatch planning
• Ability to manage labour teams
• Transport coordination experience preferred
• Basic record-keeping capability
• Responsible and disciplined working attitude
• Ability to independently manage warehouse operations

📍 Location Preference: Candidates based near Bawana / Rohini / Narela / North-West Delhi preferred
