📋 Seeking an Independent or Fractional Sell-Side M&A Strategic Advisor – Dallas Healthcare / Dental Group Portfolio
We have a multi-location, multi-million dollar dental group based in Dallas, Texas (4 active locations) preparing for a structured exit. Our internal team is fully operational — we handle the documents, the listings, and the heavy lifting.
What we need is the brain behind the strategy.
This engagement is open to independent consultants and experienced M&A professionals currently employed elsewhere who take on fractional or advisory work on the side.

📌 THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Sell-Side M&A Strategic Advisor who can tell us:
▸ Which deal-flow platforms to prioritize and why — Axial, Baton, DealNexus, PrivSource, or others we should know about
▸ How to position and sequence our anonymous listings for maximum institutional visibility
▸ Which buyer profiles (DSOs, PE-backed groups, independent acquirers) to target and how to attract them
▸ How to structure inbound inquiry filtering and NDA sequencing to protect confidentiality
You advise. We execute.
