About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, sales-driven, and experienced Senior Manager to lead business growth, and sales operations within the travel industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, market knowledge, and the ability to develop strategic partnerships to drive revenue and expand the company’s franchise network.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive overall sales growth for travel products and services.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and business partners.
- Conduct presentations, negotiations, and closure of business deals.
- Monitor performance and provide operational support & guidance.
- Lead regional marketing and promotional initiatives for brand visibility.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
- Train and mentor sales teams
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth business operations.
- Maintain MIS reports, sales forecasts, and business performance data.
