🎓 Training Location: Mysore (2 Months Mandatory Training)
💰 Salary:
- Bangalore (Voice Support): ₹2.75 LPA
- Pune (Voice Support): ₹2.5 LPA
📌 Role Overview
🔹 Customer Support (Voice – Bangalore & Pune)
- Handle customer queries via calls
- Understand customer concerns and provide timely solutions
- Deliver excellent customer experience with empathy
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
- Any Non Tech Graduates
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users
