🌍 Customer Support – International Voice Process (24/7 Shifts)

• Process Executive – International Voice

• Senior Process Executive – International Voice

📌 Work Location: Pune or Bangalore (Work from Office)

👥 Experience: 0 – 5 Years

🎓 Eligibility: Any Full‑Time Graduate (15 years of formal education)

❌ Postgraduates are not eligible

🕘 Shifts: 24x7 Rotational (US shifts / night shifts included)

💼 Employment: Full‑time

🛠️ What you’ll do:

• Handle voice support for international customers

• Resolve queries with empathy and professionalism

• Troubleshoot issues and provide quick, accurate solutions

• Follow quality standards and process guidelines

💡 What we’re looking for:

• Excellent verbal communication (English)

• Customer‑centric attitude and problem‑solving skills

• Comfortable with rotational shifts and fast‑paced environment

📄 Mandatory documents (Originals + copies):

• Updated resume (printout)

• Any 2 govt photo IDs (PAN/Aadhar/Voter ID/Passport)

• Academic documents: 10th & 12th marksheets, Graduation marksheets (all semesters), CMM, Provisional & Degree certificate

⚠️ Security: Laptops & cameras not permitted. Govt ID mandatory for entry.
