ViralReels converts long-form videos into high-performing Shorts, with built-in support for Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada. While other tools charge $30-99/month and treat Indian languages as an afterthought, we've made regional language support completely free.
We're not just building software — we're genuinely invested in helping Indian YouTubers grow their channels and reach their audiences more effectively.

Role Description
We're looking for a skilled video editor who gets YouTube — someone who doesn't just cut footage but understands what makes people click, watch, and subscribe.'
What you'll be doing:
- Editing talking-head YouTube videos into engaging, high-retention content
- Creating eye-catching animations and visual effects in After Effects
- Designing scroll-stopping thumbnails (AI-assisted design is totally fine)
- Working across English, Telugu, and Hindi content
You're a good fit if you:
- Know Premiere Pro and After Effects inside out
- Have a portfolio of YouTube videos you've edited (bonus if they actually got views)
- Understand pacing, hooks, and retention — not just technical editing
- Can work independently and hit deadlines
- Are fluent in English, Telugu, and Hindi
