Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Develop and execute market entry strategies to identify and penetrate key sectors such as Construction machinery, metallurgy, and machine tool industries.
- Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with local distributors, agents, and key OEM accounts.
- Solution Selling: Collaborate with the technical team at headquarters to provide customized precision bearing solutions to Indian clients.
- Brand Promotion: Represent ZYS at major industry trade shows and seminars to build brand authority in India.
- Sales Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and technical bidding to contract negotiation and after-sales support.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or International Trade.
- Experience: 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the bearing industry or high-end industrial components.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is mandatory. Extensive experience working in the Indian market (for Chinese candidates) is highly preferred.
- Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, self-driven, and willing to travel extensively across industrial clusters in India.
