Job Responsibilities:
1. To manage and develop assigned accounts with CRM system, and to meet account’s requirements and satisfaction, including presenting WHL services, quote orders, sign contracts, conduct customer meetings, coordination with their suppliers, explanation reports to customers, Key account monthly reports, and so on.
2. As a main owner of assigned account to smoothly cooperate and discuss with others department, to provide the exact services to the accounts by key account analyses, maintain and management.
3. WHL service promotion and account acquisition, to contribute business growth, and to meet assigned tasks.
4. Develop existing customer lists and seek new business opportunities by attending trade shows, events and cooperation with partners.
5. Continuously feedback market trend to Manager, to assist Manager for group business strategic planning, Contribute suggestions and ideas for business development.
6. Be an expert to handle customer’s inquiries, Friendly and professional manner, Quick and effective in problem solving.
7. Deal with customer and supplier complaints and problems, to pacify and explain customer with limited resources.
8. To meet assigned targets, including individual monthly amount, assigned key account growth rate.
9. Be able to train Customer Services on account requirements and manage escalations, expedites and exceptions that Customer Services is not able to handle.
10. Mentor Customer Services and assist them to develop.
