🚀 We are Hiring: Senior Video Editor (2–5 Years) | Climate-Tech & AI SaaS
📍 Hyderabad (On-Site | Full-Time)
At KarbonWise, we are building a climate-tech platform that helps organizations measure, manage and reduce their environmental impact through technology, data and AI. We are looking for a Senior Video Editor who understands that exceptional editing goes far beyond transitions and effects. Someone who can transform complex ideas into compelling visual stories that educate, engage and drive action.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building product narratives, simplifying technical concepts and creating content that delivers measurable business impact.
⚡ What You Will Work On
- Product videos, feature walkthroughs, demos, launch videos and customer success stories.
- Explainer videos showcasing our SaaS platform, AI capabilities and climate-tech solutions.
- Short-form and long-form content for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and other digital platforms.
- Founder-led content, customer interviews, webinars, podcasts and industry thought leadership.
- Product UI animations, motion graphics, animated explainers and interactive visual storytelling.
- Content that simplifies sustainability, carbon management, ESG, AI and enterprise technology for business audiences.

- Has an exceptional understanding of storytelling, pacing, audience retention and platform-specific editing.
- Understands how to build narratives that strengthen product marketing and brand positioning.
- Has a keen eye for detail and consistently delivers polished, high-quality work.
- Takes ownership, embraces feedback and continuously strives to improve.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, founder-led startup environment and collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams.
👉 Requirements
- 2–5 years of professional experience in video editing and motion design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing product videos, explainer videos, SaaS/B2B content, motion graphics and storytelling-driven edits.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Illustrator.
- Proven experience creating motion graphics, animated infographics, UI animations, product demonstrations and premium visual assets.
- Strong understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, motion design and product storytelling.
- Strong understanding of content optimization for LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram.
- Experience working with SaaS, B2B technology, AI or product-led companies is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative workflows and tools is an advantage.
